Jon Ruel is the Chief Engineer of the USS Avenger (NCC-75461).
History[]
Jon is the second born of his family in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin His parents operated a small Diary farm. He always pictured himself being a tinkerer, as he was always into taking stuff apart. In 2375, he took about the irrigation system computer and put it back together in 2 hours. In 2379 he left home, to enroll in Starfleet Academy.

Graduating in 2384 he posted on the USS Crazy Horse as an Engineer, and Operations officer. He transferred in 2387 to the U.S.S. Corsair where he became a full time Engineer. In 2389 he was offered his first Chief Engineer post on the USS Avenger (NCC-75461).
